One More Thing

After reading Sara's Blog this morning, I felt I should mention the printer issue. After hours of tech support for these people, I have the following conversation.

Them: There is an online error with the printer. What do I do?

Me: Does it have paper?

Them: Let me check.

Me: Ok.

Them: I spoke to soon, that was the problem.

Me: Good.

Now, is when I smash my face into the keyboard.
