Another House Sold

We have got to get our house on the market. One house over from us went sale pending yesterday after a couple of weeks on the market. Amazing. It was listed terribly and the most expensive house to list so far. I feel with much less appeal than my own. It gives me hope that we may yet have very good luck selling our house.
