Monday Morning Coffee

Coffee is such a good way to start a morning. Let me think, is there any exciting news from the weekend. We have the signed papers for our new house and we have a meeting with the mortgage people on Wednesday. What? Did you think I just paying cash, like I have that much buried in the backyard?

A large part of the weekend was spent staging the house. I never realized how much goes into staging a house. Never mind most of it makes the house sort of unusable. Furniture not where we like it, all the stuff we've collected, put up. I think the main thing is for everything to be clean. I am convinced a clean house will sell much better than anything. Now if I can only stop the dog from shedding.
