One Showing Down, Another to Go

Shame there is another showing to go. I guess it might have been a little optimistic to think that the first person who saw our house, before we really even have it on the market, would buy it. I know it was a little far fetched, but I did hope. Seems the buyer really doesn't want much yard work and my little .29 of an acre is too much for him. He's thinking about a patio home with no yard. I can understand that, not my thing, but to each their own I guess.

The bright spot out of all this is that the realtor said our house did show very well. I think that's a good thing. It's kind of reaffirming to hear that, means we might be able to sell it after all. I hope we have it ready to be on the market for real soon.
